Team Building

Reality Dance provides dance facilitators for team building events. Staff from various organisations have had fabulous times bonding with one another as they learn to dance.

It's a great opportunity for work collegues to let their guards down and enter into a fun, exciting, different and challenging activity.

Dance-based team building activities are individually created by meeting the special management requirements, such as working in groups or team-based problem solving. Previous team building events have included 1970s Disco Fever theme through to Dancing with the Stars at various work conferences.

Reality Dance also works alongside Organisational Psychologist, Maria Di Pietro providing a wholistic approach to the team building activity.

Dance-based team building activities are extremely cost effective.
